Tender description
The contract aims to deliver a pilot program in at least three Welsh towns to upskill local authority staff, identify quick placemaking initiatives, empower retailers, reduce bureaucratic barriers, anddemonstrate impact through a one-day town centre makeover.Supported by the Procurement Act’s Schedule 5 provisions for prototypes and development. No other supplier can provide this service.
