North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS Lancashire & South Cumbria ICB (the Relevant Authorities) who intend to follow the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process to award a contract for the provision of a Special Allocation Scheme to cover the areas of Blackpool, Cumbria, Blackburn & Darwen and Lancashire within the North West of England
