A telephone service for NHS 111 mental health crisis calls in Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield 2025-26. This is a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week service. Lot 1: The Contract Authority; NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C.
