Tender description
Contract to resurface parts of the carpark at South Mimms. This includes access roads around the site. The works will be delivered over 5 years. Budget for subsequent after year ONE is still subject to budget availability. Phase 1 is to resurface the staff carpark underneath newly installed car ports.
