Tender description
The works include: • New lobby layout and external door. • Internal refurbishment throughout, including new floor finishes, new toilet cubicles, decoration and minor alterations to walls and doors. • Electrical re-wire and lighting refurbishment. • Mechanical refurbishment including removal and replacement of heat emitters, new pipework and new boiler system located in the family centre. • Disconnection of existing boiler located in adjacent Library. • New gas supply to Family Centre.
