The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the CA) is issuing this Preliminary Market Engagement Notice to invite potential Consultants and Data Providers to an upcoming preliminary market engagement session on the provision of highway congestion data to cover the years, 2019, 2023 – 2026 across the major and minor road networks in West Yorkshire.
