Tender description
CCBC required a contractor to allow for the preparation and re-covering of an existing roof (176m2 approx) at Ysgol Deganwy, Conwy as per the provided Specification.Works also included the removal of asbestos cement from soffits / facias and the replacement of the soffits / facias with new PVC.
