Tender description
Plymouth City Council has experienced a number of outages recently mainly due to the Datacentre move but it has highlighted that the availability requirements of Delt on-premise call handling system may not be sufficient. RingCentral CX has been identified as an alternative solution to Avaya and will plan to move all agents from Avaya to RingCentral CX or to Microsoft Teams if that is a viable alternative. The scope of this project will focus solely on the migration of Avaya to RingCentral CX.
