Tender description
Manchester City Council is looking to procure an open framework for the provision of short-term accommodation-based support for vulnerable individuals, who may have complex needs and who are either homeless or threatened with homelessness. This includes people who are or have been sleeping rough, people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, people at risk of offending or re-offending, including people leaving prison.
