Tender description
St. Finbarr’s Hospital has identified structural and safety concerns related to the external fire escape stairs at Blocks 2, 8, 15, and 16. This tender document outlines the scope of work, specifications, and recommendations for the repair and/or replacement of these stairs to ensure continued safe access and egress in accordance with current building regulations and health and safety standards.
