Tender description
Westmeath County Council wishes to appoint a General Contractor under the Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract (PW-CF11) for vacated housing properties and buildings under the control of Westmeath County Council. There will also be a requirement for routine and emergency response repairs of its housing stock and council buildings, which will be occupied properties.
