Further Competition for the provision of a Cloud Based Contact Centre Solution under framework RM6116 - Network Services 3 (PCR 2015). Contract start date:- 08/09/2025 (to allow for onboarding ahead of licence commencement date) Initial contract end date:- 29/09/2028 7 x 12 months extension options available, if all taken, the contract will end eventually on 29/09/2035.
