About the buyer

Procurement decisions sit with regional teams, supported by a corporate procurement office.

A quarterly pipeline lists larger procurements planned for the next 18 months.

Over the past 5 years, most of Homes England's contract awards have been in architectural and engineering services, business services and real estate services.
