The Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business Model is a long-term financial planning tool used to forecast income and expenditure over a 30-year period.The model supports key decision-making and informs updates to the Council's Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) Lot 1: The service provides specialist financial advisory with a focus on housing management and development. It supports the maintenance and integrity of Haringey's 30-year Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business Model, an Excel-based tool used to forecast income and expenditure and inform strategic planning.
