Forth HA wishes to procure a firm to provide Employer's Agent services in relation to a new build 59 unit housing development at Cowie. Lot 1: This is a Single Stage procurement; tenders are invited from all interested bidders. The procurement comprises: Exclusion and Selection (pass/fail) -SPD (Scotland) Award (scored and weighted) -Quality Assessment -Price submission The supplier will be selected from those that pass the selection and exclusion criteria on the basis of best overall score in the award criteria.
