About the buyer

Peabody Trust is a housing association managing homes across London and the Home Counties through a central procurement team. Peabody lists on ProcureCo, a marketplace connecting housing providers with suppliers before tenders go live. Framework agreements let successful suppliers take call-off contracts without a fresh tender. New suppliers pass an Alcumus pre-qualification check covering health, safety, sustainability, quality and risk management before starting any work.

Over the past 5 years, most of Peabody Trust's contract awards have been in architectural and engineering services, construction work and business services.
