Tender description

1. Strong experience of project and programme management in the digital programme is essential, as is a strong ability to plan and engage collaboratively with stakeholders.2. Experience of managing governance for digital projects/programmes in the public sector. An understanding of Scottish Government governance would be an advantage.3.
