The University are undertaking Pre-Market engagement for the procurement for the provision of:<br />• Lot 1: Project and Cost Management Services – Appointment of one Consultant<br />• Lot 2: Multi-Disciplinary Design Team Services – Appointment of one Consultant<br />For a new build student residential scheme at the Talybont ‘brickyards’ site. The initial appointment is to undertake sufficient design to achieve planning permission and secure external funding for the project.<br />
