provider for the following: To develop a self-assessment template to support podiatric leaders to assess, optimise and sustain their workforce, training, and education needs to maximise current and future service delivery. Podiatry services to adopt the high impact actions which could include best practice. The development of themed workshops / webinars and curation of existing resources which would support the self-assessment template. Regular progress reports and impact evaluations to track outcomes and effectiveness.
