About the buyer
Construction Industry Training Board is the employer-led skills and standards body for the construction industry in Great Britain, and buys as an agency and non-departmental public body under public procurement regulations. Some contracts run instead under an external framework's own terms and conditions. Regular briefing sessions help small and voluntary sector suppliers compete for suitable work.
Over the past 5 years, most of Construction Industry Training Board's contract awards have been in business services, IT services and software and information systems.
