Tender description
This pre-market engagement exercise is being conducted in accordance with Sections 16 and 17 of the Procurement Act 2023. Its primary purpose is to help Nottingham City Council's District Heating Network better understand the market’s capacity, capabilities, and potential solutions prior to initiating a formal procurement process. Participation in this exercise does not form part of the formal procurement process and will not be used to assess or pre-qualify suppliers.
