Tender description
South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is inviting tenders for the provision of Legionella analysis services. The appointed supplier will be responsible for testing water samples collected by the Trust’s engineering team. This service is essential to ensure compliance with statutory obligations under the Health and Safety Executive’s Approved Code of Practice L8: The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems and Health Technical Memorandum HTM 04-01.
