Lot 1: General Practice services as defined within the Standard Alternative Provider Medical Services Contract The extension is within the current contract term of a potential 15 years maximum. The contract commenced on 1 April 2020 The contract term is 5 years, with an option to extend for a maximum of five years, with an potential to extend for a further five years meaning that the maximum term would be until 2035.
