Tender description
St Helens Council have lead a procurement process to award a framework agreement to deliver a Textiles Recycling Provision accessible to named Councils within the Liverpool City Region. The framework will run for an initial two years, with the option to extend for a further two years in 12 month increments. Lot 1: Provision of a network of textile, shoes, clean bedding, towels, handbags and belts recycling sites with collections and associated services within the borough.
