Tender description
Improving quality of life for carers' in Halton, both young carers and young adult carers, to access a wide range of universal and targeted services that will support them to improve their quality of life throughout all stages of their caring role. Lot 1: NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Halton Place intend to award a 1 year contract via Direct award C to incumbent provider to deliver Carers Support Services in Halton. The contract will start on the 1st of April 2025, expire on 31st March 2026 and has an annual contract value of £341,866.
