Tender description
Billingham South Primary School structural issues with lath and plaster ceiling required licenced contractor to carry survey and remedial works due to the presence of asbestos debris in loft spaces. Works to be done ASAP in order to reopen school after Easter break. This is urgent due to schools' immediate closure.
