About the buyer

Ashfield District Council buys as a local authority, with its own procurement team. Suppliers can email that team with questions. Nottinghamshire County Council manages the competitive tendering for the highest-value contracts on the council's behalf. Smaller purchases need one quote or three quotes, depending on size.

Over the past 5 years, most of Ashfield District Council's contract awards have been in construction work, business services and construction materials.
