THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE We wish to commission a Performance Management system which enables employees and managers to track performance and wellbeing throughout the year, as well as sharing employee recognition. This web-based performance management system needs to be available to all employees and fully accessible across different devices (laptops, mobiles and tablets).
