The establishment of a Single-Party Party Framework Agreement for Provision of Maintenance Works These works may include: • A full exit clean of vacant properties and commercial/light industrial units; Construction repair works, both internally and externally, where required. • Sharps (Needle/Syringes/Blades/Glass) Sweeps • Removal of waste in laneways/ adjoining lands within the property curtilage • Bulk Waste Disposal • Pest Control
