WCCC wish to procure the services of an architect/ landscape led multidisciplinary design team to work with the councils in house team and community partners to plan, design and manage the development of a new public realm area and relief road plus sea defenses. The required team will include the following skill sets. Architect/ landscape architect and employers representative Landscape architect , If led by architect Marine structural engineer Civil engineer Quantity surveyor Project supervisor for the design process Traffic consultant
