Swansea Council’s Child and Family services are looking to commission a provider to undertake a review of our approach to supporting adolescents (Any child/young person aged 11-25) and their families across the service. The main purpose of the review will be to identify and evaluate the effectiveness of current provision within Swansea. This will involve an assessment of outcomes for children/young people and their families and the difference the provisions have made to their lives.
