Provide Programme and project delivery service to deliver: • Deliver an updated Outline Business Case with CMA ERP options (Included the reflected Matrix central offer). • Scope Project outputs and plans linked to updated Outline Business Case recommendation. • Conclude CMA's recommendation on the Matrix's ERP Share Services offer • Support Matrix project (DBT) to build their Full Business Case including CMAs recommendations of their offer. • Conclude the recommendations for current system improvements.
