The Scottish Government (Employability Division and Office of the Chief Economic Adviser) wishes to commission a CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) survey as part of an ongoing evaluation of the process and outcomes from the devolved Scottish employability service Fair Start Scotland (FSS).
