About the buyer

Nuclear Restoration Services Limited decommissions 14 former nuclear sites, from Sizewell A to Trawsfynydd. The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority owns the company and sets its group-wide commercial strategy. The company also runs its own framework agreements, covering scaffolding, lifting and characterisation services at its sites. Bidders for classified decommissioning work must also pass security clearance checks. A dedicated supply chain team handles questions and comments from prospective suppliers.

Over the past 5 years, most of Nuclear Restoration Services Limited's contract awards have been in architectural and engineering services, construction work and business services.
