Interim Commercial Delivery Partner 3 Additional information: This arrangement is an evolution of the current contractual arrangements with the interim delivery partner for delivery aspects of the programme, with a renewed emphasis on the current partners working together in a way that is more akin to how the longer-term PDP will operate.
