The provision of primary medical services for patients resident in or previously registered with a practice in the London Borough of Croydon that have been removed from another practice list due to an incident. Lot 1: Croydon Special Allocation Scheme Service for the London Borough of Croydon. GP contract regulations allow a GP practice to immediately remove a patient from their list following any incident where a GP or member of practice staff has feared for their safety or wellbeing, resulting in the incident being reported to the police. This notice is confirmation of an award having been made due to an urgent circumstance. - the lifetime value of the contract is £72,660. - the dates between which the contract provides for the services to be provided is 01 February 2024 - 31 January 2025
