Tender description
Mid Devon District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to deliver internal and external minor capital works to its housing stock, the infrastructure surrounding these houses and its corporate buildings during the financial years 2024-2028. These works will be based on the National Housing Federation, Schedule of Rates, Version 7.1.
