Tender description
Scottish Enterprise wishes to appoint a lead consultant to deliver a detailed design and tender ready package for a deep retrofit project at the Brunel Building at the Scottish Enterprise Technology Park at East Kilbride. The contract is anticipated to start in November 2023 and conclude in March 2024. The value of the contract is estimated as between GBP140,000 and GBP200,000 (excluding VAT). Lot 1: Scottish Enterprise wishes to appoint a lead consultant to deliver a detailed design and tender ready package for a deep retrofit project at the Brunel Building at the Scottish Enterprise Technology Park at East Kilbride. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
