Primarily, the works comprise the removal of existing sections of flat roof covering (as noted on the tender drawings) and replacing with new Bauderflex two layer, self-adhered, bitumen membrane waterproofing system manufactured by Bauder Limited. **No alternative product will be permissible in this instance**"
