About the buyer

Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult is a private sector research and development organisation that receives some public funding. Standard terms cover goods, services, consultancy, and goods and services combined. A standard Selection Questionnaire is used. Separate process documents exist for goods and services and for works. A grant funding agreement can require public contract rules for some requirements.

Over the past 5 years, most of Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult's contract awards have been in IT services, software and information systems and office and computing equipment.
