Tender description
Contract with Ramboll UK Ltd for the provision of providing a proposal for an Environmental Assessment of Tranche 2; the Cumbria portfolio of real estate assets to be transferred into the Border to Coast UK Real Estate Authorised Contractual Scheme. Ramboll will: • Immediately start with Red Flag reporting within 1 week of dataroom access • Task 2 and 3 preliminary ratings + recommendations by end of week 3 • Task 4 visits during weeks 3 and 4
