Tender description
This User Requirement Specification (URS) document details the technical requirements, purchase, installation, commissioning and validation for Heat Sealers in the fixed clinics (D’Olier Street, Stillorgan, Cork) and mobile clinics (Carlow, Ardee, Tuam, Dublin Mobile One, Limerick and Cork) for use at the Irish Blood Transfusion Service. Heat Sealers are used to seal blood donation bags post donation.
