We would like the agency to develop and deliver an integrated marketing and communications strategy to support our campaign to establish the British Council as a thought leader in continuing professional development of teachers in Wider Europe. <br /><br />Our message is that effective teaching (our focus is on English teaching) depends on continuous professional development (CPD) of teachers; that this should be built into the education system; and that teachers should be both supported in and given responsibility for their own CPD. <br />
