TR2928 Supply and Commissioning of Long Duration Energy Storage System(s) on the Island of Ireland

A.1.1 General Description of the Proposed Contract The Contracting Entity intends to procure a contract for the Supply and Commissioning of Long Duration Energy Storage Systems at a number of project sites in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The scope includes the design, integration, supply, delivery to site and commissioning of lithium-ion battery energy storage systems and may also be extended to include aspects of installation/construction works, civil works, electrical works, etc. as may be required by the Contracting Entity and for which such extension of scope would be confirmed at Request for Tender RfT stage. It may also include the provision of suitable supervision of the installation of these systems by a third party, the provision of appropriate product and performance warranties and provision of an appropriate Long Term Service Agreement LTSA for each project.
