Design and Build for new Indoor Tennis Facility at King George V, Dumfries. This tender process is for participation in the Contract for the Design and Build of breaking out an existing 3 court external synthetic carpet tennis facility incl. brick wall/ fence perimeter and floodlighting. The construction of a new unheated indoor 3 court tennis facility incl. viewing gallery with heated link corridor facilitating reception, office and changing places toilet.
