General Description of the Works: The project comprises: 1. Remedial works to the external of the house, and localised internal remedial works. Works shall include: External works • Removal of existing render and re-render • Repair, and in areas, renewal of rainwater goods. • Replace/ repair external doors • Remedial roof works • Lead works to roofs and chimney • Drainage and paving works Internal works • Electro-osmosis dpc • Localised redecoration
