In summary the services comprises of the following: 1. Supply of Printers and Multifunction Devices (MFD). 2. Supply and support of printing solution – Cloud hosted or hosted by the Contracting Entity. 3. Managed service for the support and maintenance of supplied printers and MFDs. 4. Project services for surveying the Contracting Entity’s sites, installation and configuration of printers and MFDs, implementation and configuration of printing solution.
