Queen’s University of Belfast wishes to procure a 3D Laser Scanning Microscope/Surface Profilometer which should combine confocal and interferometry technology for fast, non-invasive assessment of micro and nano structures of technical surfaces, in multiple configurations with resolutions down to 0.1nm.
