Tender description
Window and door replacement works to properties in West Lothian. Lot 1: Almond Housing Association proposes to undertake window and door replacement works to properties throughout West Lothian over a 4 year framework. Three contractors will be appointed to the framework. The winning bidder will be appointed as the preferred contractor, with the second and third placed contractors being in reserve. There is no guarantee any contractor will be awarded any work.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The estimated value is 3930000.00 GBP
