St Helens Borough Council would like to take the opportunity to do some `soft market testing’ as outlined below, to determine current interest levels in the market. St Helens Borough Council’s current short break offer is a bed-based respite provision. We would like to engage with the market to look at other respite offers. This could be respite provided through an outreach model, bed-based respite or both. Please complete and return the attached document to express your interest in this potential project.
